A large shell lying on the beach: this is the idea behind the design of one of the most renowned hotels in Milano Marittima, which in the ‘60s used to be a gathering point for the VIPs: the Hotel Bellevue Beach. Still today its “extravagant” architectural structure discloses the innovative idea that, at the time, led its designers to build the rooms outstretched towards the sea, while the back glass window lets in the golden light of sunset. Today, the Hotel Bellevue Beach - restored to its old splendour - is among the best hotels in its category in Milano Marittima thanks to the enhancement of its original features and its natural environment. The image of the Hotel, enshrouded in a lust park-garden, is reflected in the large 220 sq m swimming-pool looking onto the private beach. The rooms with balconies overlooking the sea are fitted with air-conditioning, fridge-bars, satellite TVs, phones and newly-furnished bathrooms, some of them with Jacuzzi. The restaurant, the Hotel’s jewel in the crown, serves a large number of dishes including international dishes, rich Italian regional dishes and local specialities, as well as oriental cuisine dishes. In the morning, breakfast is served in the open, in the small ‘Oleander square’, similarly to the large buffet lunch featuring a selection of cold and hot dishes, horse d’eouvre and side dishes, season and tropical fruit, and home-made fine patisserie. Dinner is served in the dining rooms fitted with a large glass window, or by the swimming-pool during the several candlelit gala nights. Every Sunday aperitifs in swimming-pool. At the Hotel Bellevue Beach a St. Tropez style lounge area is set up where aperitifs are served together with fine wines and fresh products selected by our chef in the local markets. On the beach, the staff of animators of the BeacHotels will entertain both grown-ups and children with enjoyable and amusing performances.
