Welcome to the hotel San Giorgio in Milano Marittima. The hotel is situated in a peaceful area, 100 m from the beach and the pinewood; it is nearby a sailing club and a park with children facilities. The town centre, the tennis, golf, canoe and archery clubs are about 1 km from the hotel; the tourist marina of Cervia and the theme park of Mirabilandia are about 3 and 5 km away respectively.
FACILITIES
HALL – READING-ROOM
Inside the hotel there is a TV-room, an American bar, a reading-room with a small library, and an internet point. These rooms are totally air-conditioned and have been recently redecorated.
RESTAURANT
The restaurant room has been completely redecorated and is air-conditioned.
Particular attention is given to the menu which offers the possibility to choose between four first courses and four second courses. The menu includes international as well as regional (Romagna) dishes, which are always accompanied by a rich buffet of vegetables; of course fish is served both for lunch and dinner. A wide choice at breakfast can satisfy those who love salty food and those who love the sweet .

BEACH
The hotel operates with the beach bar Bagno del Pino (www.bagnodelpino.it) which guarantees all comforts to cheer up your days at the beach: TV room, bar, park with children facilities, table tennis, bowling synthetic lawn, basketball court, fitness centre, hot showers, toilet, nursery.
It also provides entertainment with gymnastics, aerobics, water gymnastics, competitions for adults and children, mini club, parties and much more.

Additional charge for room with air conditioning: Euro 5, per day per room.

Notes
The rates include:
mineral water during the meals;
the use of the outdoor and indoor swimming pool and wellness centre;
beach service(one beach umbrella and 2 deck-chairs for each room).
The room could be occupied on arrival day from 12.30 a.m.
Client have to check-out on departure day before 09.30 a.m.
How to book
To book you have to send an e-mail, fax or letter with the dates of arrival and departure, your name and surname and phone number.
Than to confirm the reservation you must pay a deposit of € 150.00 per room. You can pay it by Bank Transfer (IBAN IT 37 I 06120 23600 CC020 0001829 CECRIT 2C) or by credit card (by fax with a permission to withdraw the sum in case you don' t arrive).
Renunciation
In case the reservation will be cancelled at least 7 days before the arrival date the deposit will be withheld, but it will be always usable from the client for another stay during the same summer season.
Early departure
If guest departs earlier than the foreseen date, we will require to pay a penalty of up to a maximum of three times the bedroom price.
